Healing Map

The story behind the map.

I did not create this work from a theory. I created it after years of learning how to hear my own body more clearly.

Andreea, founder of Healing Map

When my body changed

I learned early that the body can carry a story no one else can see.

At eleven, I experienced carbon monoxide poisoning. What followed was nearly twelve years in which my body spoke through chronic pain, recurring E. coli infections, H. pylori and exhaustion. At first, I saw these as separate problems. Over time, I began to understand them as one body asking not to be managed in fragments, but finally listened to as a whole.

That shift changed everything. Not because it gave me one perfect answer, but because it taught me to stop abandoning my own signals. Healing Map began there — in the space between what my body was saying and what I was finally ready to hear.

What I stopped ignoring

The signals were not random.

Over time, I began to notice what changed when I slowed down, changed the way I ate and made room for stillness. I stopped treating every difficult sensation as proof that I was broken. I began to understand that a body can ask for attention long before it asks for force.

“I am not a victim. I am not punished. I am not broken.”

What I learned

Clarity comes when care becomes personal.

I immersed myself in the books of Anthony William, then in Ayurveda and the inner work that helps us see our patterns with more honesty. What stayed with me was simple: no one is a template. Food, rhythm, beliefs and life history all meet in one living body. A plan has to meet that body with respect.

Why I created Healing Map

I wanted to create the map I once needed.

Healing Map is a space for people who are tired of generic answers and ready for a calmer beginning. Every plan is created by hand. Every person is met as a whole story. The work is not about perfection. It is about making room to listen, choose and return to yourself.
